Located in the beautiful Sierra foothills. Situated on five acres
surrounded by green pastures and oak tree covered hills. You will
have a spectacular view of the Sierra Mountains. There are two
houses on the property, the front house was originally a boarding
house and the back house was once a bunk house.
You can relax on the decks overlooking the pool/spa or sit
around a beautiful antique parlor stove in the living room.
Springville is located on the east side of the San Joaquin
Valley about three and a half hours north of Los Angeles and about
five hours south of Sacramento.
Accomodations
All rooms have private baths. Each bed has an old fashion feather
mattress and a homemade quilt made by Annie's mother. Two rooms open
to the pool. All have private entrances.
Enjoy a full country breakfast prepared on Annie's beautiful ornate
antique wood cook stove. Afternoon refreshments are served daily.

Rooms
BOARS
The Boars room has a queen iron bed. The dresser is an antique cherry
wood. This room has a private bath and a private entrance. The
Boars room opens onto the deck overlooking the pool. Annie's mother
made the beautiful handmade quilt.
SOWS
Sows room has two twin size beds. They are white antique iron beds
with brass poles in the middle of the headboards and footboards.
The dresser is from Annie's family cabin in the mountains above
Springville. Each bed has a beautiful handmade quilt by Annie's
mother. This room has a private bath and a private entrance.
ODE'S
Ode's room is furnished with Annie's Grandmother's bedroom set. Ode
crocheted the bedspread, curtains and dresser scarfs. Paintings are
by Ode (she painted these when she was in her nineties). There is
also a beautiful hanpainted lamp by Ode in the room. Odes's room is
very private and faces the pool. It is located in the back house and
has a private bath and a private entrance.
Activities
Some of which you may enjoy: golf, fishing, boating, tennis, hiking
or swimming. We will be happy to make your reservations for you.
For your dining pleasure, there are several restaurants in the area.
The Springville Apple Festival is an annual event every 3rd. Weekend
of October. Handmade crafts and great food. Boo is dressed in an Apple
TUTU and has her hooves painted red and an apple earring in her ear.

A Special Attraction
Annie has 3 pet pigs, Boo, a black Potbelly pig (also known as The
Queen), Mr. MaGoo, a white (near sighted) Potbelly pig, and Fannie
a speckled Duroc mix pig. Fannie has grown to approximately 900 lbs.
They all love to do tricks for treats.
Blossom was Annie's first pig. 1985-1994 She was a beautiful pink sow a dainty
1,000 lbs. She was Annie's mascot and her likeness is on Annie's Shirts
and Brochures. See her in her pasture here

Annie's husband John, has a custom saddle & custom golf club shop on
the property. Guests are welcome to come out and watch. If you would
